A 50 mile mixed terrain ultra marathon run on the The Preseli Hills, through Ancient Woodland and finishing on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
This route really does take you over the best of Pembrokeshire's trails, set entirely in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

A point to point route through the most stunning parts of Pembrokeshire. You'll start at Foel Drygarn, near Crymych, then run across rugged hills, visit ancient woodland, and follow the Pembrokeshire coast path all the way to Whitesands, St David's.
This is a set route challenge that is self-nav (GPX, OS and Strava routes provided, see the interactive map here) with compulsory check points on the route that will have to be visited. There are several well stocked feed stations on the route and each runner will have a satellite tracker for safety.

- 43 miles - Feed station - Water, savoury food, fruit, gels
- 46 miles - Abereiddy public toilets (water)
- 53 miles (finish) - Water, hot food, fruit, gels, cake
- A stunning finishers medal
- A to B route, with a bus ride to the start
This route has been designed to include as much variety as possible in a truly beautiful part of Wales.
Generous cut-off times allow for an average pace of roughly 18 minute miles. 53 miles in 16 hours.
The cut-off for refunds for entries is Monday the 9th of March 2026.
